Keeping those categories separate helps owners, property managers and other parties understand cost, scheduling and responsibility.

One construction sequence

Typical rebuild work may include selective demolition, framing or blocking by scope, drywall, texture, flooring, tile, cabinetry, trim and painting. The actual sequence depends on the condition of the property, permits, material availability and the trades included in the agreement.

Coordinate the handoff

Provide available mitigation reports, photographs, measurements, prior estimates and access information. FBR can use those records to prepare the construction conversation without claiming that another provider’s report proves every concealed condition.
